*Panel weight and thermal transmittance were calculated taking into account:
Core density 100 kg/m3
Thermal conductivity 0.033 W/m.K
Steel sheet thickness 0.50/0.50 mm
Coating SP
(Standards EN 14509 and EN 10211-2)

*The sound reduction index was measured in accordance with EN ISO 140-3, and the rating was classified in accordance with EN ISO 717-1.

Trapezoidal section with 5 crowns, 42 mm profile height and 250 mm pitch
Plain or embossed (Embossed)

  • Inner sheet

Flat or Box 83 ribbing (39-44), perforated,
with an internal dustproof sheet (perforated with dustproof sheet).
Holes Ø3 mm, centre spacing 5 mm, with an open area of 28% of the total surface.
Available in two colours: RAL 9005 to reduce glare and RAL 9002.

Rockwool core  (ΕΝ 13162)

Class: A2 s1 d0
Non-combustible; produces no smoke and no flaming droplets or particles during combustion.
Density: 100 kg/m³ and 120 kg/m³
Its mechanical strength makes it suitable for structural applications, as it can withstand external pressures and building loads.
Thermal conductivity (λ): 0.033 W/mK
Its low thermal conductivity provides excellent insulation, reducing heat losses and supporting energy efficiency.
Water vapour diffusion resistance factor (μ): 1
A low vapour diffusion resistance ensures low moisture absorption and improved resistance to corrosion and wear, making it suitable for humid or harsh weather environments.
Sound insulation: due to its density, it provides excellent acoustic performance.
Durability: retains its properties over time, without degrading or breaking down.
Environmental profile: biosoluble
Contains no substances hazardous to health, is recyclable, and is manufactured using materials that comply with environmental standards.

Available Options

Simple Polyester

Nominal coating thickness: 25 μm ± 5 μm
The most widely used and cost-effective coating option for profiled sheets. Suitable for both external and internal surfaces and typically used for building projects in mainland environments under normal conditions (i.e. non-corrosive atmospheres with low air pollution). Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC3) and long-term aesthetic performance.

Durable PVC Plastisol

Nominal coating thickness: 200 μm
Known for outstanding durability and ideal for high-demand environments. Offers high resistance to wear and long-term colour retention, even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC5) and long-term aesthetic performance.

High Hygiene PVC

Nominal coating thickness: 120 μm
A “foodsafe” coating category, offering excellent antibacterial protection. Suitable for indoor constructions that require high hygiene standards, making it ideal for applications where the surface may come into contact with food.

High req PVDF

Nominal coating thickness: 50 μm
Ideal for high-requirement architectural projects where aesthetics are a priority. Offers high resistance to wear and long-term colour retention, even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC4) and long-term aesthetic performance.

They are fixed to the supporting structure using the standard method of visible fixing.

Designed for roofs with a minimum slope of 10%.
For roofs with a greater slope, installation in the direction of the slope is recommended. In this case, the panels must have right-hand or left-hand side lap (overlap), depending on project specifications, with an overlap length from 50 mm to 300 mm.

The panels are supplied without overlap. The removal of the inner sheet section and the rockwool core is carried out on site.

The panel joint design, combined with sealing materials, helps achieve:

  • Minimisation of thermal bridges
  • Prevention of air and moisture ingress
  • Reduced installation time
  • Limited need for additional accessories
