1. Binding Effect of the Terms

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the legally binding terms governing access to and use of the website www.makrispanels.com (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by MAKRIS S.A. (the “Company” or “MAKRIS”). The Website constitutes the Company’s official digital presence and provides information relating, inter alia, to the Company’s products, corporate activity and services.

1.2. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, the visitor/user (the “User”) represents and warrants that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Website.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not govern procurement matters, sales, orders, contracts or any other commercial transactions between the Company and third parties.
