Category: F
Density: 35 to 42 kg/m³
Its mechanical strength makes it perfect for structural applications, capable of supporting building loads. Being lightweight, it ensures easy and fast panel installation.
Thermal conductivity (λ): 0.021 to 0.023 W/mK
The low thermal conductivity ensures superior insulation, minimizing energy losses and enhancing the overall energy efficiency of structures.
Closed-cell structure: 90%
Its high closed-cell structure guarantees minimal water absorption and superior durability against corrosion and decay, making it perfect for wet climates or extreme weather environments.
Sound insulation: due to its density, it also provides good acoustic performance.
Service life: 30 years
Environmental profile: CFC- and HCFC-free
Contains no substances hazardous to health and is manufactured in line with environmental standards.
Available Options
Available coatings and colours
Simple Polyester
Nominal coating thickness: 25 μm ± 5 μm
The most widely used and cost-effective coating option for profiled sheets. Suitable for both external and internal surfaces and typically used for building projects in mainland environments under normal conditions (i.e. non-corrosive atmospheres with low air pollution). Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC3) and long-term aesthetic performance.
Durable PVC Plastisol
Nominal coating thickness: 200 μm
Known for outstanding durability and ideal for high-demand environments. Offers high resistance to wear and long-term colour retention, even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC5) and long-term aesthetic performance.
High Hygiene PVC
Nominal coating thickness: 120 μm
A “foodsafe” coating category, offering excellent antibacterial protection. Suitable for indoor constructions that require high hygiene standards, making it ideal for applications where the surface may come into contact with food.
High req PVDF
Nominal coating thickness: 50 μm
Ideal for high-requirement architectural projects where aesthetics are a priority. Offers high resistance to wear and long-term colour retention, even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. Provides adequate protection in external environmental conditions (RC4) and long-term aesthetic performance.

Fixing / fastening options
They are fixed to the supporting structure using the standard method of visible fixing.
Designed for roofs with a minimum slope of 30%.
Horizontal installation is recommended.
End-lapping (overlap) is not recommended.
Sealing materials must be used at horizontal and vertical joints.
The panel joint design, combined with sealing materials, helps achieve:
- Minimisation of thermal bridges
- Prevention of air and moisture ingress
- Reduced installation time
- Limited need for additional accessories
